The next 82 connections
Phase I is complete: 20 villages connected in Vale do Javari. Now 4restlink enters Phase II, mapping 82 new connectivity points across three Indigenous territories plus 3 strategic leadership hubs for cross-territory coordination. Each territory has its own governance, priorities and implementation process. Connectivity is introduced only through dialogue with Indigenous leadership and representative associations.
