Donation transparency
Donations are received by the 4rest4all Association, a Brazilian non-profit organization, and allocated to the 4restlink Indigenous connectivity program and related field operations. No donation is routed to a personal account.

Payment processing
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Stripe; PayPal processes PayPal payments. All checkouts are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
How funds are used
Starlink satellite units, solar power, field installation, community training and long-term technical assistance for connected Indigenous communities.
Refund policy
Donations are generally final. Errors, duplicates, fraud or unauthorized transactions are reviewed under applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.
